Kelina was the first hospital in West Africa to start doing Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) in 2018. We have done over 100 HoLEP procedures since then, all safely and successfully. Ours was the first P120 Laser in Africa. Our patients go home the same day or next day after HoLEP or Lithotripsy. We have done glands over 500g in size.
