Losing weight takes a lot of commitment. If you are ready to get started, we have a step-by-step guide to help get you on the road to weight loss and better health. The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making changes in your diet and exercise habits. If you are concerned about your weight or have questions about your medications, you need to speak to our Doctor.

Weight Gain

Some individuals may be naturally underweight due to genetics or fast metabolism. Some people who are not clinically underweight may still want to gain muscle and put on weight for other reasons. Being underweight can affect other body functions. If you have been trying to gain weight or you need to gain weight, you can speak with our Dietitian.

Hypertension Care

Hypertension can quietly damage your body for years before symptoms develop. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to disability, a poor quality of life, or even a deadly heart attack or stroke. How often you should get your blood pressure checked depends on your age and overall health. If you are at risk of high blood pressure, you should ask for a blood pressure check every year.

Diabetes Care

Diabetes affects people of all ages. Most forms of diabetes are chronic (lifelong), and all forms are manageable with medications and/or lifestyle changes. Over time, having consistently high blood glucose can cause health problems, such as heart disease, nerve damage and eye issues. Some symptoms include urinating often, unnecessary weight loss, always thirsty, fatigue, presence of ketones in urine, feeling irritable, having blurry vision, having slow healing sores, getting a lot of infections etc.
