Job Title: Administrative Secretary

Location: Abuja


Job Description 


The Administrative Secretary will be an executive staff and will be responsible for the following, amongst others:


  • Acting as Secretary to the CEO.
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Organising meetings and appointments for the Senior Management Staff
  • Protocol
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences
  • Managing database and filing systems
  • Deputizing for the HR Manager as well as other administrative staff.
  • Proofreading, processing, editing, and formatting outgoing reports and documents from various departments
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping minutes of same, and getting relevant staff to implement decisions


  1. B) Qualification


  • The candidate must be a University graduate with a good grade in English.
  • Candidates must be residents in Abuja
  • Lawyers, Office Administrators, Office Technologists, and other university graduates in similar disciplines with experience in Secretarial Administration are suitable candidates.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to write essays and letters of varying lengths with no single error.
