YOUR PATIENT JOURNEY

What to Expect

From your first call to ongoing care, here’s your complete pathway through our Family Medicine unit.

Your First Visit

01
02

Consultation

Each consultation is comprehensive and structured. Symptoms are carefully evaluated, clinical findings are explained, and patients are guided through possible diagnoses and next steps.

Diagnosis

Depending on the condition, patients may undergo hearing tests, endoscopy, or be referred for imaging or laboratory tests to confirm diagnosis.

03
04

Treatment Plan

Treatment may include medication, minor in clinic procedures, or surgical intervention where necessary. Every treatment plan is individualized and discussed with the patient before proceeding.

Recovery & follow-ups

Recovery varies depending on the procedure. Minimally invasive and endoscopic procedures generally allow faster recovery, reduced pain, and earlier return to normal activities. Patients receive clear postoperative instructions and follow up schedules.
